Decorated with amethyst crystal, aya heart, and chrysocolla. Has a metal loop in the back if you wanted to place on a necklace.

These are handmade by artisans in the Iquitos area of Peru. Fair-trade (asking prices were paid), and a portion of the proceeds is returned to organizations working in the Amazon.
