Entering the Temple of the Heart

To enter the temple of the heart, you prepare yourself to open into its beauty and wisdom. Preparing to enter a physical temple in many traditions, requires bathing or removing your shoes - an embodied expression of preparation.

Inside the temple, it is quiet, still, and sacred. You feel the otherworldly dimension that has opened up. The rest of the world, and the day-to-day mind chatter falls away. Emotions may well up and move through you, all in a beautiful surrender to something greater.

Our modern society is very attuned to the mind - to the mental frequencies. Everything we perceive is through visual, interpretation, and projection. We are disconnected from the frequencies of the heart. Learning to drop out of the mind, and into the heart, is an incredibly beautiful and life changing journey.  It is often a long, deep process of releasing the old ways of being, emotions, and stagnant energies in the unconscious. And rediscovering the temple of the heart - a place of peace, aliveness, and wisdom. From the heart, we perceive the world differently and we amplify its frequencies, which brings healing and transformation to everything around us.

Plants are incredible teachers for us humans. They guide us on a journey through our consciousness, in ways that we would never evolve ourselves. One master teacher plant from the Amazon, Bobinsana, is a powerful guide for the journey of entering the heart. She brings us out of the everyday mind, into more fluidity and flow. Her water elements cleanse our emotional fields and prepare us to enter more deeply into the temple of the heart.

We, as a collective, are very deep in transformation - cleansing out the old, listening for the new. This new earth we are building, will be informed from the deep recesses of the heart. But we all have to learn to listen and attune to our own unique vibrations.

It requires a commitment and trust of your own soul's path, an ability to ride the transformation of consciousness, and a love for the wisdom of the plants. Bobinsana becomes an ally, one that can guide you to more clarity and peace, so that  your life becomes rooted in the temple of your heart.
