Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia), grows near streams and rivers in the Amazon and is easily recognizable due to her unusual and gorgeous bright pink flowers. She is an incredible and beautiful feminine spirit, a being of the water.  Her medicine helps us free ourselves from places we limit ourselves in our expression, our joy, our creative power, and how we see ourselves. She teaches us deep compassion, love, & empathy. Bobinsana gets us out of the rigid unconscious patterns of the mind, cleanses our emotional field, and opens our hearts. Bobinsana also opens our ability to learn in our dreamtime, by activating lucid dreaming. In this group, you can choose to go on the 10-day soft dieta or work with here in a micro-dosing format.

Ajo Sacha (Mansoa alliacea) carries wisdom of physical, energetic & psychic protection and guides us to discover how to hold and transmit our light. She cleanses & realigns our physical & energetic bodies, and gifts us with great strength & immunity. She anchors roots us into our bodies and the Earth, so can we can safely bridge to higher dimensions to learn and to channel what's beyond. She is special medicine for those of us who have a tendency to unconsciously leave our bodies (often a "trauma response" or "soul loss"). Her teachings guide us to embody our radiance, our light, & our luminosity. She helps us find a healthy sense of self - one that is empowered as we engage with the outer world. We learn to hold healthy boundaries and energetic exchanges, so that we do not compromise ourselves.

Wild Amazonian Reishi (Ganoderma lingzhi) is not a plant but a fungi. Often considered the "Elixir of Immortality," it has been used for over 2,000 years in China as a medicinal mushroom that supports overall health, well-being, and longevity. It keeps us rejuvenated and inspired. It's fantastic for supporting the immune system, anxiety, fatigue, depression, sleep, mental health, peace of mind, stability, and optimism. Reishi promotes a deep sense of peacefulness, calms the mind, relaxes the nervous system, and can shift our awareness of reality.  It's an incredible teacher of learning to sit with and care for yourself - on all levels, building strength and vitality. Reishi helps you focus - and you can use this however you would like.  You can use the heightened awareness for spiritual practice, meditation or creative projects.

Grandmother Vine (Banisteriopsis caapi, vine only non-psychedelic), the Grandmother of the Amazon, is known as “The Vine of the Soul.” She is a master teacher that guides us back to our truth, asking us to release anything that is not serving our highest evolution. She teaches us to navigate all of life’s challenges with confidence & courage, and transmits deep power & strength. You can choose to work with her alongside other plants (if not contraindicated) or you can choose to only micro-dose with her to deepen your connection. Micro-dosing with her, opens up deeper meditative and flow states. She works synergistically with other plants to uproot and heal deeply held wounds. Mapacho (Nicotiana rustica) is the sacred tobacco of the Amazon, carrying the wise, grounding presence of Grandfather energy.
