We work with wild rose, known for her ancestral healing, deep heart work, fierce protection, and ancient transmissions.
She is a guide of softness, sovereignty, and truth. She meets you in the space between becoming and remembering, where something deeper begins to come back online.

THE SOFT DIETA
This initiation is held as a soft dieta (7-10 days) and optional micro-dosing (4 week protocol) - which are relational and embodied ways of working with plant medicine over time. Rather than simply drinking tea, a dieta creates a clear energetic, sacred container where the plants can be felt, listened to, and integrated more deeply.
Through simple food guidelines, daily practice, and intentional space, you reduce outside interference the presence of Rose becomes clearer. Rose is often known as a gentle and supportive plant. Within a dieta, her medicine deepens.
She begins to work through the emotional and relational body, bringing awareness to patterns, boundaries, and truth in a way that is subtle but precise.
This is not about intensity or peak experience. It is about learning to listen. Over time, many women begin to notice shifts in how they feel, relate, and respond. Clarity strengthens. Discernment becomes more embodied.

THE VINE
The Vine supports clarity, perception, and inner alignment. She helps strengthen your ability to sense truth and stay steady as the work unfolds.
In this soft dieta, there is an option to work with the Vine through a non-psychoactive, legal microdosing protocol. Working subtly over time, she increases awareness and helps loosen patterns, allowing you to stay present with what arises without overwhelm. |
MAPACHO
Mapacho provides grounding, protection, and energetic coherence. He supports clear boundaries and helps stabilize your field throughout the process.
He teaches integrity, focus, and how to hold your energy with clarity. His presence brings containment and steadiness, allowing the work to deepen without becoming scattered or destabilizing. |

Is this part of a formal Rose lineage or mystery school?
No. This is not a Western based mystery school or temple tradition. It is a plant spirit initiation rooted in Amazonian lineages, held within the living sacred field of dieta and the ancient ways of learning directly from the plants. The spirit of Rose is honored as one of many teachers in the greater web of feminine, Earth wisdom. This initiation weaves those roots with feminine remembrance ~ creating a bridge between the Amazonian way of learning directly & deeply from the plants and the modern woman’s path of embodied devotion. It is the first of four plant-centered initiations in the full Women of the Earth journey, and may also be walked as a complete 7-week path of its own. When is the at-home soft dieta with Rose? You will have flexibility in choosing your exact dates. Ideally you'll journey with Rose for 7-10 days sometime between May 20 - June 15. You may also choose to microdose the Vine on a 3-4 week protocol anytime during the program which can deeply support Rose's teachings. How many people will the group be limited to? This is a small, intimate circle, limited to 12 women. This creates a strong energetic container for personal transformation, group synergy, and plant transmission. |
Are there food & lifestyle restrictions for working with the plants during this Initiation?
Yes, during dieta or microdosing, you’ll follow traditional-yet-modified guidelines to help attune to the plant's subtle frequencies. These include: 1) No chili, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, meat, dairy, garlic/onion, fermented foods, or strong herbal supplements, 2) No sexual activity (including self-pleasure) during and for 7–10 days after, 3) No other entheogens, plant / frog medicines of psychedelics during this time. These boundaries support both energetic communion and your physical safety. If you have health concerns or dietary needs, I’ll work with my medical advisor to help you to adapt the guidelines while honoring the spirit of the dieta. If you have any specific questions on guidelines, please don't hesitate to reach out. What if I’ve been trained by another teacher with another medicine? All your prior experience—whether with other plant medicines, modalities, or rituals—is welcome. This initiation won’t replace your previous training but will help you integrate it more deeply into your own essence and expression. That said, during the dieta or microdosing period, you’ll be asked to pause all other plant / frog medicines & psychedelics, to protect the integrity of this work. And not to partake for a minimum of 10 days following the dieta. If you are a facilitator or on another path, we can explore together whether this space feels aligned. |

Jaime is a Plant Medicine Guide, Intuitive and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Jaime guides those on a healing and spiritual awakening path through private mentorship, group work, Master Plant Dietas in Peru and "soft dietas" from the comfort of our own homes.
Jaime bridges ancient ways of communicating with the Earth & Spirit into our modern lives. She holds a powerful energetic presence and creates a beautiful space for people to discover their deepest wisdom and truths. She specializes working with clients on deep levels - healing traumas, addictions and outdated patterns of conditioning through the support of plant spirit medicine, subtle energy healing & universal consciousness. She has been a student of Amazonian traditional plant medicines for 15 years, including more than 3 years living in the Peruvian Amazon.
