Traditionally done in isolation, here you create an intentional version at home: clearing distractions, simplifying your diet, and opening space through ritual & devotion. As you do, the plant’s presence begins to move in your field ~ guiding, teaching, and reshaping you.
This is not only a 7–10 day practice, but the beginning of a lifelong relationship with your plant allies.
You may be called to:

For The Sovereign Feminine Initiation, you’ll be invited to choose one primary dieta plant ~ Ajo Sacha, Reishi, or Bobinsana — who will become your teacher and ally for this journey. Each of these plants embodies a facet of sovereignty: the fierce protector, the stabilizer, or the open heart.
Alongside your dieta plant, we will also be held by supporting allies. Mapacho (sacred tobacco) accompanies us as a protector and purifier, clearing stagnant energies and stabilizing the field. And for those who feel called, there is also the option of Vine-only micro-dosing, a subtle yet powerful way of clarifying, and deepening your connection to the larger lineage of Amazonian medicine.

How is this Initiation held?
This work is rooted in the Amazonian tradition of dieta, where we enter into direct relationship with the plants as teachers. I’ve been apprenticing in Peru with various teachers and many plants for over 15 years and return regularly to deepen my training. I also draw on over two decades of experience in energy work, ritual, and guiding women through initiatory journeys. The circle is held in a way that honors both the integrity of traditional dieta and the unique ways this path can be walked at home, in reverence, safety and devotion. Do I need to do a full soft dieta? The essence of this Initiation is cultivating relationship with the plant. The soft dieta is the heart of the journey~ a 7–10 day immersion with clean diet, daily communion, and energetic practices. If that feels like too much right now, you can also walk with the plant through tea, tincture, or flower essence in a lighter rhythm. Both paths are honored~but the dieta is emphasized when it is possible, as it opens the deepest channel of transmission. What matters most is your sincerity, consistency, and intention. How many people will the group be limited to? I hold small, intimate circles ~ usually up to 12 women. The size of each group is organic and depends on who is called. Whether it’s 4 or 12, the field is intentionally held as a strong container for personal transformation, group synergy, and plant transmission. |
Are there food & lifestyle guidelines?
Yes. During dieta, you’ll follow traditional-yet-adapted guidelines that help attune your body and spirit to the plant’s subtle frequency. These include a simplified diet (no alcohol, caffeine, sugar, heavy meats, garlic/onion, fermented foods, or strong herbal supplements), refraining from sexual activity during and for 7–10 days after, and pausing other entheogens, plant/frog medicines or psychedelic work. These boundaries support both energetic communion and physical safety. If you have health needs, adjustments can be made while still honoring the spirit of the work. If you choose a lighter path (essence, tincture, or tea), there are fewer restrictions, but you’ll still be guided to simplify your diet and lifestyle to honor the relationship with the plant. What if I have health conditions or dietary needs? Your safety and well-being are essential. If you have health concerns or specific dietary needs, I’ll support you in adapting the guidelines. I also work with a trusted medical advisor when needed, so we can honor both your health and the spirit of the dieta. This work is not a substitute for medical care, so please consult your provider as needed. What if I’ve worked with other plants or traditions? All of your prior experience is welcome here. This journey isn’t about replacing other paths, but about deepening into your own essence and medicine through direct communion. During the plant work period, you’ll be asked to pause all other plant/frog medicines and psychedelics to protect the integrity of this work. |

Jaime is a Plant Medicine Guide, Intuitive and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Jaime guides those on a healing and spiritual awakening path through private mentorship, group work, Master Plant Dietas in Peru and "soft dietas" from the comfort of our own homes.
Jaime bridges ancient ways of communicating with the Earth & Spirit into our modern lives. She holds a powerful energetic presence and creates a beautiful space for people to discover their deepest wisdom and truths. She specializes working with clients on deep levels - healing traumas, addictions and outdated patterns of conditioning through the support of plant spirit medicine, subtle energy healing & universal consciousness. She has been a student of Amazonian traditional plant medicines for 15 years, including more than 3 years living in the Peruvian Amazon.
