Heart + Earth + Spirit

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 + 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 + 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁

In less than a month, I'm headed back to the jungle. It's a place that continues to call me back. And I listen. She's one of my greatest teachers.

The jungle is wild and potent, and yet at the same time, she heals and she holds. She draws out what's ready to be released; that which is not necessary; that which is old and toxic. There's no hiding in the jungle - she requires you to take responsibility for your life and to have courage to be exposed and face the truth, no matter how challenging it is. She's ready to take it all from you, decompose it, and empower you to begin anew.

The connection, inter-being, and dissolution in the jungle is one of Heart + Earth + Spirit. Here you rebirth and empower the deepest, truest parts of you once forgotten, but now called forth into full being.
