In the Magic

Over the weekend, in a place that calls me to return time after time, a magical world opened.

The key to this world? Letting go of having to know the answers. (...and a little help from working with tumeric - a plant teacher that's lighting me up.)

I honestly don't know how to deal with everything in my life. Family, relationships, business, my home, what am I doing for the holidays, or what's happening next year.

Instead of worry and stress about the future, I turned to the sunshine, the plants (including tumeric), the animals, the water. I connected to what was in front of me. I soaked the medicine of the Earth into the deepest levels of my being. Nourishing my heart and soul. Returning me to the magic that's always available.

✨ 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 is why I am here. ✨

"Not knowing" is medicine that drops us into our hearts. Into connection with nature, with ourselves, and with others.

We all want to know what's coming. We think there's safety in knowing. If we know what's going to happen, we can plan for it. We do this unconsciously.

The truth is 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 - we don't know.

This life is mysterious and ever-changing. This is what makes it so exciting!

If we knew everything, imagine how boring it would be.

We'd lose our inspiration and creativity.

We'd lose our capability to learn and grow.

We'd lose the joy of being alive and free!

But we get caught in the loop of thinking we have to know. And we have to know 𝗡𝗢𝗪. Instead of letting go. Instead of trusting the magnificent unfolding. And we lose all the magic.

Plant medicines are incredible teachers for this as they have the power to strip us of our knowing - entirely. They open us back up to the infinite magic. We see new perspectives of the past, new possibilities for the future, and new ways of interpreting our realities.

With the help of some plants, we learn the secrets of life, the mysteries of the universe, and how we've been living from such a limited perceptive.

They show us how much we've been missing in life.

It's incredibly beautiful (and a relief) to wake up to discover that the intelligence of the universe is so much greater, and more compassionate, that any of us would have ever imagined.

She always has our back, encouraging us to step forward into our unique magic.

Plants offer us a gift - a portal to unlock our minds so we get to experience this magic. Not think about it, read about it, hear about it. But we get to experience it. In real time. And this experience changes everything.

We get to experience that we are part of the universe. We are not separate. We are part of the magic that underlies everything. And we "𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪" this in our hearts.

The truth is we are co-creating this reality every moment. Our magic with the magic of the universe. But we have to let go of our habit of trying to know how it's all going to play out.

⚡ So, how do we let go of our need to know?

⚡ How do we tap into this co-creative magical energy everyday?

⚡ How can we connect with the plants and their gifts as we live our lives?

I believe that once this portal has been opened, it's up to us to step into it and let go of needing to know. Because this is where our soul's path is. This is where our highest potential is waiting for us.
