Emotions are rich and beautiful. Learning how to be with them, allowing them to move through us, and not get attached to them isn't always easy.
Our emotions impact everything, and can influence those around us. When we are happy, we transmit that to others. They feel it, and it often helps them tap into their own happiness. The same goes for grief and sadness. We intuitively know when other people are processing these deep emotions, and sometimes we feel it within our selves.
When we allow them to move through us, teach us, and guide us, we experience more freedom and more clarity of mind. You know how after a good cry, you feel better? You can see life more clearly? Emotional release is part of being human.
Right now, there's a large collective grief that some of us are tapped into. I've had a few clients lately overwhelmed and not sure how to process it all, and understand what it means for them in their lives. If we approach emotions with caring attention and acceptance, we can move through A LOT very quickly. Then the"backlog" of emotions are no longer weighing us down.
Bobinsana is an incredible plant teacher for releasing and being with our emotions. She guides us through with more gentleness and ease, helping us clear out old emotional baggage that's been stagnant. Having the support of this plant spirit, is an incredible reminder that we are interconnected with all of life - not just humans. We are journeying with this plant as a group. We will feel and explore how bobinsana is guiding us to release - our own emotions, and the emotions of the collective right now. So that we can clearly move into this next year with more ease and grace.
